My Nose Hair's Gone

Yesterday, my nose was burned by a lighter.  Even though it only got my nose for a second, I could still feel it the next two days.  The lighter also took something else from me, my nose hair. It's all gone. The person who did it was a really good friend of mine, and I don't think he meant to take my nose hair, or even burn me. Just to wake me up, because while this is going on, I was asleep.  I had to wake up to a flame in my nose.  Not the best wake up.  But my friend texted me after school making sure I was alright and everything, then he tells me that he's getting a discipline hearing.  Even though I was the victim, and didn't do anything, I still felt bad. It wouldn't have happened if I hadn't been sleeping.  But then again, it wouldn't have happened, none of it, if he didn't burn me.  He wouldn't have gotten in trouble, I would have all my nose hair, and he wouldn't have the chance of going to jail.
